By using RankScan you agree to these terms. This is a starting template and should be reviewed by legal counsel for your jurisdiction before you rely on it commercially.

The service

RankScan provides automated SEO audits, branded reports, and lead-capture tools. Audit results are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes; they are guidance, not a guarantee of search rankings.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Audit websites you don't own or have permission to test in a way that violates their terms or the law.
• Attempt to probe internal, private, or non-public systems through the service.
• Abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service except as permitted by your plan.

Plans & billing

• The Free plan includes a limited number of audits per month. The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed through our payment processor.
• You can cancel Pro at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and cancellation stops future charges.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your content

You retain ownership of the branding you upload and the leads you collect. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that content to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that audits are error-free or that acting on them will produce specific ranking results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankScan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
