• Account data: your email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
• Audit data: the URLs you submit and the resulting reports.
• Branding data: if you upgrade, your company name, brand color, and any logo you upload.
• Leads: if you use the widget, the email addresses and URLs your visitors submit — this data belongs to you, and we process it on your behalf.
• Usage & billing: plan status and subscription identifiers from our payment processors.

How we use it

• To run audits, generate reports, and deliver the service.
• To manage your account, plan, and billing.
• To improve reliability and prevent abuse.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Google PageSpeed Insights — Core Web Vitals measurement for audited URLs.
• Stripe and/or PayPal — subscription payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.

Data retention

We keep your account and audit data while your account is active. You can delete audits at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@rankscan.online.

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not sell your personal data.
